No. We teach from complete beginner to advanced practitioner. Everyone starts somewhere — and our instructors have seen every level imaginable. Show up ready to learn, and we'll take care of the rest.
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in — athletic wear or loose-fitting pants and a t-shirt work great. No gi required to start. Bring water, an open mind, and leave your ego at the door.
Start with once or twice a week and let your body adapt. As your conditioning improves, you'll naturally want to come more often. Consistency over intensity — especially at the beginning.
We have youth programs for ages 7–14 and adult classes starting at 16. Our adult classes include members from their late teens all the way into their 60s. Martial arts is for everyone.
